MK1 Scaffolding Ltd are a Hertfordshire & Essex based scaffolding contractor that can provide a professional solution to all your domestic, commercial, industrial and street work scaffolding requirements.

At MK1 Scaffolding Ltd our main objective is to set a benchmark in quality work and safety. We pride ourselves on our reliability, punctuality and practical knowledge of the scaffolding industry as well displaying a general “can do” attitude to all of our client’s requirements.

This is evident in the amount of repeat business we receive. All scaffolding erected by MK1 Scaffolding Ltd is done so in accordance with TG20:13 & SG4:15.

No expense is spared in achieving this which is evident in the fact we only use the newest and best equipment available. We are a CHAS and SafeContractor accredited company and also hold public liability cover of £10 million.

At MK1 Scaffolding Ltd all scaffolders are CISRS cardholders and all operatives are CITB trained. Employees are provided with 4 point P.P.E (fall arrest harness, Steel toe cap boots, Hard hat & hi-visibility vest). At MK1 Scaffolding Ltd we employ a strict company policy that all the above are to be worn at all times as a mandatory requirement.

Operatives are also issued with company branded clothing for added professionalism.

Melbourn Ambulance Station, Cambridge MK1 Scaffolding were recommended to us when we were in need of a crash deck to be installed as protection to an electrical unit during the installation of our specialist works at the ambulance station. They responded quickly to our enquiry, provided a competitive price and erected the scaffolding as requested to suit our programme of works.
